ISU is pleased to announce a series of R workshops being held in May and June.  All courses will be data centric, with a mix of instruction and hands-on experience. The courses are held in one of their computer labs, but you can bring your own machines as well.  Registration fees for each of the courses are $30 for ISU affiliates, please contact Heike Hofmann (hofmann@iastate.edu) for rates for non-ISU affiliates.

Workshop - (Extended) Linear Models in R
Your are pretty well-versed in SAS or Stata or SPSS, and you would like to know how to get your modelling done in R now? This course is for you! We will start with simple linear models and work our way through generalized linear models to random effects/ hierarchical models.
